Media that Matters is a mixed bag of presentations, problem-solving, and self-directed open forums that insure participants have the flow of conversations and ideas they need. Everybody is a contributor, and to better tap into this group intelligence, we're contstantly tweaking our format both before and during the conference. Our presentations are highly interactive. We allow lots of space and structure for feedback, inquiry, and spontenaeity.

Every year, Coaching Circles give attendees a chance to provide one another with invaluable cross-discipline advice on their projects, careers, and personal paths. We also set aside much of our conference time for Open Forums. These are sessions and "breakout groups", many initiated by attendees, all aimed at sharing of innovative ideas, introspection, problem-solving, and action. We provide a framework and allocate space in the schedule so that it's easy for anyone to organize and facilitate a forum. It's a rich and dynamic process, with topics evolving before and during the conference.
